Cancellation Policy
To ensure a tailored and effective content strategy, all clients must first book an initial consultation before committing to ongoing coaching services. This consultation allows us to discuss your specific goals, challenges, and content needs in detail. Following the consultation, a customized contract will be created, outlining the agreed-upon goals, deliverables, and the official cost of the service based on your unique requirements. If you decide to move forward with the service after the consultation, the $125 consultation fee will be applied toward the total cost outlined in your contract. However if you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee remains non-refundable. This process ensures clarity, alignment, and a strategic plan tailored to your brand's success. The consultation fee is nonrefundable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of the appointment.
