Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service Booking Policy & Requirements: 1. Consultation Required: A consultation is mandatory for all bookings. During this session, we’ll discuss your vision, project details, date of service, creative direction, and pricing. 2. Custom Pricing: Pricing is determined based on the scope of the project and will be confirmed after the consultation. 3. Payment Policy: Full payment is required prior to the service date to secure your booking. Invoices must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot or session. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. If rescheduling due to weather or emergencies, we’ll coordinate a new date at no additional charge. 5. What’s Not Included: • No graphic design (logos, flyers, branding kits) • No in-depth branding consultation or marketing strategy • No printing services 6. Delivery Timeline: Edited content will be delivered within 5–7 business days unless otherwise agreed upon during consultation.
